Env Tool doesn't return env Type

@karthiknadig @eleanorjboyd Given the fact that the current tool doesn't return this information. I'm begining to question the need for the env info tool.
I'll be creating a get_python_exe.. tool,

Given the fact taht env type isn't returned today (if you check the code its not populated with anything)
& the fact taht version isn't used from this either, as model prefer to use terminal
I feel that this tool isn't really useful except for packages and we might as well just create a specific tool for that.
