Non-actionable error message

I think showing such error messages when extension loads is considered a bad practice
I'm not sure what I'm supposed to do here when I see this message.

I eded up hiding all notifications from this extension to get around this (as this shows up every time I open any workspace folder in VS Code)

This was a bug and should be fixed in the latest release.
