Virtual environments with the same name cannot be disambiguated

Testing #457

1. Have a project with multiple projects
2. Create a second virtual environment and use it with one of the projects
3. You can only tell which environment it is by hoving on the "venv" label, and it's impossible to tell which is which in pickers

^ in this screenshot, one of the projects is using a different environment.

Maybe there should be a rename action and/or the extension should automatically suffix conflicting names with a number.

this was a concern we discussed- trying to balance clutter / too much into vs the detail. going to close as dup of #422 but add your comments there
