1. Type something to manupilate an object

This is what happens instead:

1. The autocomplete only shows your previously typed words instead of actual python methods
2. The linting also doesn't work

@raphtlw, please provide the contents of your workspace settings.json and of Python output panel.
Also, are you using Jedi or the Microsoft Python Language Server? (Check the "python.jediEnabled" setting.) Thanks!
