      at listOnTimeout (internal/timers.js:531:17)
      at processTimers (internal/timers.js:475:7)

Happens mostly for Windows 3.9 venv and Windows 3.9 multi-workspace suites

Venv tests are passing on the PR itself. I'll double check on insiders as well and then link the run here.
