Extract Method and Extract Variable commands have disappeared

Expected behaviour

When accessing command palette two commands were available:

• extract variable
• extract method
  these commands are now missing

Actual behaviour

commands are missing

Steps to reproduce:

1. open command palette
2. search for word extract
3. notice commands extract variable and method are missing

@norbertnogacki-tomtom Starting with the latest release these commands are now supported via the light bulb.
