Cannot debug Python 3.7.9 conda env scripts after recent update

Can no longer "Run and Debug" Python 3 script after update to v2022.0.1786462952. Clicking "Run and Debug" does not run selected file in debug mode, breakpoints are not honored.

"Select Interpreter" does not appear to honor changes to other Python 3 conda envs.

"Run and Debug" and "Select Interpreter" selection still works with Python 2.7.14.

Rolling back VS Code Python to v2021.12.1559732655 restores Python 3 functionality.

VS Code v1.64.0
Python 3.7.9 (ArcGIS Pro 2.7.0 - conda)
Python 2.7.14 32-bit (ArcGIS Desktop 10.6.1)
