De-emphasize Python version for workspace virtual environment in environment quick pick

When looking at the quick pick, the Python version for the workspace environment probably isn't as important as other details (like the fact it's an environment in your workspace, its name, etc.). So it might make sense to de-emphasize the Python version by making that the smaller text and use more pertinent details in the bigger, bold text in the quick pick.

Jupyter has done something like this in their take on our quick pick as an example.

We can re-visit this if it comes up again with the new environment manager, the selection steps are a bit different, so we can see what can be done about this.
