staus bar not chaining its color while debugging

Behaviour

while debugging mode is active in vscode color of status bar chages to orange to indicate debugging mode

now color of status bar is not chainging while debugging

1. Enable debugging mode while running any python script

Every thing is working file in Dark (Visual Studio Theme) but the latest Dark Modern is having some issue
