Support automatically running tests on file save

Now that there is Support for continuous (autorun) tests, it would be nice to have it enabled for Python.

Previous requests I've found, closed before the extension API was available:

I didn't solicit votes since on the day I opened the issue you removed the "needs community feedback" label and added the "needs PR" and "partner ask" ones.

This is a classic workflow for Test Driven Development and it is available in competing IDEs. Hence my ask to consider reopening this issue. Thanks.
