This change occurred within a very long Markdown table; adding or modifying any row in the table caused the entire paragraph's alignment and spaces to rearrange, making it appear as if a "large-scale change" had been made on GitHub.
Pre-commit functionality (using Husky) was triggered before the commit, automatically formatting the document table and recalculating the alignment width, further amplifying the diff visual effect.
The actual "semantic changes" were only a few: adding a few command lines, correcting the expoDoctor command ID, and adjusting the restartPackager description split.
