terminal config not valid

Steps to Reproduce:

Does this issue occur when all extensions are disabled?: Yes/No

I set the terminal.integrated.shell.windows "C:\WINDOWS\System32\cmd.exe"
but when start a new terminal , tips show not “C:\WINDOWS\System32\bash.exe” not find
why there is bash？
