Resume terminal naming and working directories when reopening a window

I will often open multiple integrated terminals and keep them in different working directories.
To discriminate them, I will also rename them with friendly names.

It is annoying to do this every time I reopen vscode.
Terminals are also a part of the workspace like opened files, so I hope they can be treated similarly.
An option to control the bahavior will also be fine.

There are a couple of ways to do this involving setting a task to run on folder open.
