Make terminal navigation mode ctrl + up / down more discoverable

I heard feedback that ctrl + up/ down to navigate the terminal output is not that discoverable.
Did you consider adding this to the end of the terminal aria label such that it gets read out?

Any other ideas on how to inform users about this?

On what element exactly were you thinking? The terminal textarea such that it reads something like "Terminal a, bash, press ctrl+up/down to navigate rows"?
