Notebooks: no results output should have better indication

1. Open my-work.github-issues
2. Run some cell that produces no results, or modify a cell such that it produces no results
3. Output of the cell is non existent - since there are no results. It would be nice if there was some UI decoration to make this more clear

I see that it says 0 results but it is easy to miss imho

What other sort of UI decoration do you expect? I think that the checkmark and result count will pop up more or less where the user is looking, and it seems sufficient to me.

The only thing I can image is some rendered output that says "no results" but that would likely be every extension specific...

I would expect something next to </> since that is just empty space now.
So what @jrieken mentioned, an extension should provide "no results", if the extenison does not provide anything there should be a "no results" default.

I think the extension must be returning an empty output, otherwise that button would not appear.

"no results" is context specific, vscode can't make any assumptions here

Maybe it would help for the extension to return a placeholder but it already says "0 results", I don't see why we need the same message a second time right next to it

I believe this is a GitHub Issues Notebook extension specific issue and not a general Notebooks issue.
