In editor, doubleclicking a word, but the word is not selected sometimes

• VSCode Version: 1.46.1
• OS Version: Windows 10 2004

Steps to Reproduce:

1. System DPI is set to 200%
2. Editor font is Sarasa Gothic
3. Create a new Lua script

Does this issue occur when all extensions are disabled?: Yes

I cannot reproduce. I have 175% DPI, also using windows 10, but latest version of VS Code.
