format selection not working for c/c++ extension v0.30.0-insiders for the .cpp file

• VSCode Version: 1.47.3 (user setup)
• OS Version: OS Name Microsoft Windows 10 Home Single Language Version 10.0.19041 Build 19041

Steps to Reproduce:

1. Updating the Microsoft extension for c/c++ to v0.30.0-insiders
2. selecting the code and format selection (else ctrl+A -> ctrl+K -> ctrl+F)

Does this issue occur when all extensions are disabled?: No
