Steps to Reproduce:

1. Open a vscode extension repository (e.g. https://github.com/moshfeu/vscode-compare-folders)
2. Go to package.json > contributes > commands (e.g. https://github.com/moshfeu/vscode-compare-folders/blob/c41b738c4d876cfc613ccfdf78abb80ee58029d7/package.json#L210).
3. Type "command" and observe the tooltip
