InputProblem #107198

Issue Type: Bug
My environment: Window10, Visual Studio Code version 1.49.1
I am facing a problem that continuously happen.
While inputing characters, it somehow duplicate the characters which I input.
For instance, I input 'A' and it response 'AA' to me especially inputing traditional Chinese.
