Cannot click three keys one time

Hi, after reinstalling VSC to the newest version, I cannot use my old three-key shortcuts like ctrl+alt+l and ctrl+alt+s, because it behaves like after execution, it dismisses ctrl key (in shortcuts command line, it properly shows ctrl + alt, but after adding L key, it shows only L key).
Tested on my default Dell laptop keyboard and other bluetooth keyboard.

Let's first try to find out what command executes on your machine, with your settings and your keybindings when pressing CTRL+ALT+L. Could you please try the following:

• Run the command Developer: Toggle Keyboard Shortcuts Troubleshooting
• This will activate logging of dispatched keyboard shortcuts and will open an output panel with the corresponding log file.
• Press exactly the keybinding you desire (CTRL+ALT+L)
• check what VS Code detects and what command is invoked.

@Sobch It looks like VS Code is not receiving Ctrl+Alt+L from the OS. The received modifiers are empty:

There is nothing to be done on our side since we don't receive the keybinding from the OS. This might be caused by other software on the machine or by OS specific configuration (like keyboard layouts)
