Build Issue

When I do Ctrl+Shift+B to build my task, I get "no build task to run found. Configure Build Tasks..." This is different than my normal build options (I typically use the g++ option) If I click on this is it says "create a tasks.json file from template." I'm not sure where to go from here. n the needed data into your clipboard because it was too large to send.
