Extension develop debug can not lauched

Issue Type: Bug

I am just starting develop extension on VSCode but when I press F5, there is a list debug process to choose and I dont see anyone suite to me.
My vscode list on with "Launch Extension" which seems similar what I wanted but when I press run then "there is no task npm" error poped up.
How can I open a new window to debug extension??
