Suggestion:

Please add a new option for debug.toolBarLocation like free or custom or / and bottom (docked; like the "Problem" / "Terminal" panel. Or just like the current "floating" behavior. But just also on bottom.). I think the botton position is optimal. Because there is nothing important to overlap.

Current state:

_{I found some existing issues about this issue. But closed and a bit messy. So please forgive me if this is a duplicate. I'm not sure. But I hope that this issue finally solves the problem.}
