Consider making cut grey out the cell, instead of removing it immediately #119770

Testing #119715

Right now cutting a cell will completely remove it immediately, imo we should align more with how VS Code's explorer works which does the same thing as Windows Explorer:

It's arguable what the right behavior here is since cutting text will remove it immediately, but this was unexpected since cells are kind of like sub-files and I wasn't expecting to need to "reorient" myself after cutting with the big change in screen content.
