I cannot synchronize my settings with my current computer.

Issue Type: Bug

I have a problem when I want to synchronize all the settings to the new computer, it happens that I already entered my Microsoft account data inside VSCode, but when I want to synchronize the settings I get an error, and it is the following link:

• Error while turning on Settings Sync. Please check logs for more details.

When the link comes up, I only get the text:

"No authorization header"
