Jupyter notebook can't be launched. It opens as text

Does this issue occur when all extensions are disabled?: Yes/No

• VS Code Version:1.56.2
• OS Version: macos 11.4

I cannot launch the jupyter notebooks as usual. Now when I open any jupyter notebook that exists on my mac, it becomes text editor(as attached). However, when I create a new notebook in vscode, it can work.
