Inline completion items could have an optional description

I am not sure if there is a real use-case for this, but it might be useful for inline completion items to be able to set a description when shows in next/previous hover.

This could always be added later if there is no real-world demand for it right now.

Maybe a "source" link for the inline suggestion? That way a user could see the snippet in a wider context.
