C# formatter on CHTML file #125905

Issue Type: Performance Issue
Hi, C# formatter on .chtml files takes more than ~2 minutes to save as formatter seems to not get access or something. the only time it saves is when cancel or wait for ~2 minutes
Open .chtml file
edit
attempt to save.
The file stays in cache(modified mode) but won't save or format.
