Dragging text doesn't work when cursor is off-center #126644
Description
Issue Type: Bug
If the text cursor is not perfectly centered on a line of highlighted text, then it fails to drag it. Instead, nothing happens at all.
Image attached of the position of the cursor where click-dragging is ineffective.
