Add a command for saving as sudo #130579

Description

I hope the title says it all. I also hope this rather minor feature gets enough likes to pass the triage 🤞

Currently, after command ID workbench.action.files.save, I can issue notifications.focusToasts (I actually have notifications.showList bound to same shortcut with different whens so I'm not sure which i trigger), and then press tab and space to Retry as Sudo… and answer the OS's auth dialog (possibly making use of settings I call full keyboard access - FKA - to use [shift]tab & space to select/point and click/tap) @ macOS 10.13.6. As a coder I like to use my keyboard.

Maybe the command I'm requesting is better functioning/named like "Save as Admin", ie regardless of previous failed regular save as non-SU.

I've looked for this feature in the latest Visual Studio Code version: 1.59.0
