Add a button to open a NEW github repository in the remote explorer menu #132382

Description

@sylann

To consult already opened remotes, we have a dedicated explorer.
But for some reason, it's impossible to open a new remote window from here.
Instead, we either use the command search (⌘ Command⇧ Shiftp on macos)
or the button in the status bar.
EDIT: and in fact, I don't even have the option to open a remote window from the command search menu... (see my point, it's confusing).

I find this confusing. I'm not using this feature often and when I do, I find myself always looking for the button to open a new window because I personally expect a listing of some resource to present it's associated actions.
And VSCode is doing this well pretty much everywhere else (which makes it even more confusing).

Hence I think it would be better to have a button to open a new remote window in here:

Instead of relying on the statusbar button (why put it there in the first place?).
