GDB breakpoint not working on vscode 1.60.

Does this issue occur when all extensions are disabled?: Yes/No

• VS Code Version: 1.60
• OS Version: Manjaro 20.01

Steps to Reproduce:

1. open a c++ source file.
2. enabled a breakpoint at any valid line.
3. try to debug it.

It wouldn't stop at any breakpoints as expected.
