Resetting to default fixed width and height

Testing #133550

If I use the set fixed dimensions command to set the width and height of the terminal, run some command, then reset the width and height to automatic, the first text I type in the command line doesn't get rendered in the correct position:

This looks like a problem with conpty as it re-renders the screen on resize.
