macOS: Any hotkey plays an error sound #134640

Issue Type: Bug
Using shortcuts for saving, for searching, selecting all text, whichever it is, plays a system error sound. Using Cmd + P for searching files opens a Print dialog.
VS Code automatically updated and it's been doing this since then.
