horizontal scrollbar width is wrong

Even though the scrollable width is now correct (fit to the content precisely), the scrollbar position doesn't look right as you scroll.

should resize the scrollbar when the terminal pane gets resized

not sure when this reproes - probably when the terminal is resized and the scrollbar doesn't get accordingly resized?
