HTML does not start when F5 is pressed. #135072

Issue Type: Bug
Hello. I found a problem where the HTML-file does not work in the browser when running from vs code by pressing F5.
Reason: one of the parent folders has a "#" in the name.
VS Code version: Code 1.61.0 (ee8c7de, 2021-10-07T18:13:09.652Z)
