add a shortcut to jump to the end of line or start a new line
jupyterlab can use the ↓ key to jump to the end of line，but there is no response in vscode

@hanmala123 Thanks for the suggestions. Just to check, are you running on VS Code stable or insiders? In insiders we are rolling out a new UI. If you are working with stable might be worth looking if it works on insiders (as that UI will be rolling out to stable).

@IanMatthewHuff Both, new UI in insiders is great, but ↓ arrow down key still doesn't work in code cell.

Jupyter lab will:

• Move down a line when hitting down arrow
• Move to the end of the line if it's the last line in the cell
• If on the end of the line, move to the next cell.

We move to the next cell even when not at the end of the line, and I actually prefer that, it feels more predictable to me. You have cmd+right to move to the end of the line within the editor.
