Writing a file disturbs file renaming

There is a bug inside VSCode. If a process changes file content of a file which is inside the opened folder in VSCode and at the same time one want to rename a file the renaming get disturbed always when the influenced other file will be rewritten and gets new content. The written file doesn't need to be opened in the editor.
