Allow filtering out of incompatible marketplace extensions from vscode.dev

Hello,

I was playing with vscode.dev and was looking for some extensions. However, many have a warning that they are incompatible and therefore don't have an Install button.

It would be very useful to have a filter that hid incompatible extensions, or just displayed installable extensions.

I'm not sure whether I'd want that as a default setting as it I suspect seeing a list of unavailable extensions is more reassuring with regards the non-browser version than seeing a short list, even when the end result is still 'three things are applicable to the search term'.

I just ran into the same issue. But instead of a filter to hide incompatible extensions, this should be the default behavior, and users should be given the option to show incompatible extensions when desired. Perhaps it could display a note with something like "12 incompatible extensions are hidden" to address the issue of those needing to feel "reassured".
