inserting '&' before running .py file in terminal

Issue Type: Bug

Open .py file and click run (play symbol). Returns error '& was unexpected at this time.' This issue is reminiscent of (or the same as): microsoft/vscode-python#5916.

Update. No longer get '& was unexpected at this time' when using the 'run' button.
