vscode cannot link to WSL after I reboot the computer #136666

Issue Type: Bug
vscode cannot link to WSL after I reboot the computer, but when I open the terminal first and then open VS code, it can link to WSL, every time I shut down my computer ,I have to open terminal first and then open VS code since I work on WSL, it's kinda waste of time
