mac 12.0.1，vscode can not close，and can not open a project

Does this issue occur when all extensions are disabled?: Yes/No

• VS Code Version:1.62.2
• OS Version:mac 12.0.1

Steps to Reproduce:

1. open a windows account to sync（and this fails all the time）
   2.can not open and close
   3.I guess is because the new security of new mac os？
