Description
I am using Turkish keyboard on Chrome for Android. Other websites work but Visual Studio Code web, editor is not inserting any characters when I press AltGr + Numeric values. Turkish keyboard have curly bracket on numeric 7, i.e. AltGr + 7 is {. But AltGr + Q is working (which is @)
Firefox for Android doesn't have this problem or Safari on iPad. But Blink based browsers have this problem and only on Visual Studio code.
