AltGr + Numeric keys are not working

I am using Turkish keyboard on Chrome for Android. Other websites work but Visual Studio Code web, editor is not inserting any characters when I press AltGr + Numeric values. Turkish keyboard have curly bracket on numeric 7, i.e. AltGr + 7 is {. But AltGr + Q is working (which is @)
Firefox for Android doesn't have this problem or Safari on iPad. But Blink based browsers have this problem and only on Visual Studio code.

Could you please try the following:

• Run the command Developer: Toggle Keyboard Shortcuts Troubleshooting
• This will activate logging of dispatched keyboard shortcuts and will open an output panel with the corresponding log file.
• Press exactly the keybinding you desire.
• check what VS Code detects and what command is invoked.

@mkykadir It looks like [AltGr]+[Digit7] arrives as [Alt]+[Digit7] on Chrome for Android and it runs into one of our default keybindings, workbench.action.openEditorAtIndex7. You can remove the default keybinding by opening the keybinding editor (ctrl+k ctrl+s) and searching for alt+7 or for workbench.action.openEditorAtIndex and then right click and Remove Keybinding.

TL;DR The default workbench.action.openEditorAtIndex interfere with the Turkish keyboard on Chrome for Android, but these defaults can be removed.

Leaving the issue open for @bpasero in case you want to not bind them in this case.

I think Chrome needs an update, desktop browser works as expected and I can use default key binding for tab switching. I opened issue for Chrome here..

Ok I feel this is upstream, I don't really want to change these keybindings as they might be used quite a bit.

PS: I am slightly surprised I ended up picking Alt as key though, I thought we had a warning on Linux at least that would not allow to use Alt as keybinding...
