Support quotation marks for CJK languages?

So glad that 1.62.3 supports Customizable bracket pairs, this can perfectly support the 【】 and （） symbols in the CJK language.

Now there is another question, Can support the quotation marks (“”/‘’) of CJK? this will be helpful for writing Markdown documents.
