Terminal duplication on remote host

• VSCode Version: 1.63.0
• Local OS Version: Windows 10 x64
• Remote OS Version: Ubuntu 18.04.5 LTS (or any else)
• Remote Extension/Connection Type: SSH

Problem appered after last update of VS code. Remote Terminals are DUPLICATED. When you open new terminals - old`ones looks exactly like the last one. My colleagues faced similar problem.

Steps to Reproduce:

Does this issue occur when you try this locally?: No
Does this issue occur when you try this locally and all extensions are disabled?: No (only remote Terminals)

hello! same issue after last update, when create new terminal, it affects other open terminals and stops executing commands there.
i have this settings:
"terminal.integrated.defaultLocation": "editor",
"terminal.integrated.copyOnSelection": true,
"terminal.integrated.persistentSessionReviveProcess": "onExitAndWindowClose",

Can reproduce this - does not seem related to remote. Happens after rearranging terminals in the editor area.
