Start debugging

yesterday I pressed "start debugging" F5 and chosed one of the alternatives.
Now I don't even get the alternative and I get this error "Could not find the task 'build'. where I cna check "Remember my choice / button "Debug Anyway" / "Configure Task" / "Cansel"

How make it as it was before again?

What debugger are you using?

I'm using "Debugger for Unity". I got an issue in Unity aswell (can't see "Editor Attaching" checkbox) thats rthe prime thing I was trying to fix.

You should see the dialog again after removing the file launch.json in your project's .vscode folder.
