No Timeout on Git Operations #145337

Issue Type: Bug
When I launch a Terminal, I can do Git operations, no problem. However, from the Source Control tab, the Sync and Push operations (at least) just spin and spin and never timeout or fail. There's also generally no error, and when I do get one, it simply says "Command '' not found" without any details at all. Where is the command for these GUI buttons set?
I tried fixing the Git Path and restarting the app, but even that didn't work. Furthermore, while it's spinning, I put my computer to sleep, disconnected from the VPN, and even switched user accounts and back on my PC and it's STILL spinning. The only thing I could do to interrupt the GUI and reset things was to restart VS Code.
