Render file nests as icon to the left of arrow

Testing #145640

1. Use seti file icon theme
2. Enable file nesting, have a folder with typescript files, and inside have abstractDebugAdapter.ts and abstractDebugAdapter.js
3. Notice how the file appears like it is not a sibling of debug.ts even though it is
4. I believe file nested parrents are first files, and then "folders". So I think the ts icon should go before the expando and be aligned with it's siblings

I understand this might not be trivial and might need some css hacks to get right.

@Tyriar had a similar suggestion. I believe we have something a bit like that in problems view, but there it's to expand a single item to be multiline, basically a toggle word wrap arrow.
