operateAsGroup and multi selection do not work well

Testing #145640

1. Enable fileNesting and operateAsGroup
2. Have hello.ts and hello.js
3. Select both hello.ts and hello.js
4. Delete (either context menu or shortcut) -> only hello.ts will get deleted 🐛
