Content errases

When i save something in a file the content gets errased and also sometimes when i save something vscode makes a line break in the file.

Is it reproducible with all extensions disabled?
You can try this with F1 and >Developer: Reload Window With Extensions Disabled

Also where line break is placed? At the end of the file or in other place?
